HR & Admin Officer Job Opportunity
The KV Group is seeking a highly organized and compliant HR & Admin Officer to manage their day-to-day HR and administrative operations at their office in JLT, Dubai.
This is an excellent on-site role for a professional ready to ensure smooth workflow, maintain accurate records, and uphold compliance with UAE Labour Law.
Location: JLT, Dubai, UAE (On-site)
Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
HR & Admin Officer Job | The Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage the full scope of HR and administrative operations, including employee records, documentation, and general coordination.
- Provide executive support to management with administrative tasks and internal communication.
- Accurately maintain and update employee data, attendance logs, and leave records.
- Generate and track reports using proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ensure all company practices are compliant with current UAE Labour Law.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: 1–3 years of dedicated HR and administrative experience gained in the UAE.
- Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of UAE labor law and standard HR procedures is essential.
- Skills: Excellent English communication (spoken and written), highly organized, and proven multitasking abilities.
- Software: Proficient in using Excel and/or Google Sheets for reporting.
- Advantage: Experience in an Executive Assistant capacity is considered a significant plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: Starting from AED 6,000.
- Benefits: Visa and medical insurance will be provided.
- Other benefits are as per UAE Labour Law.
